Our commitment

Last updated: October 2026.

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use LingoQuote. We aim for the website and app to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

LingoQuote (lingoquote.com) is operated by Barak AI (Kobi Barak), Israel. Email: hello@lingoquote.com. Postal address: available on request.

What we aim for

Full keyboard access and a visible focus.

Text alternatives and labels that work with screen readers, and a clear heading structure.

Enough colour contrast, text that can be enlarged without breaking the page, and layouts that work on phones.

Forms with clear instructions and error messages.

Known limitations

Some parts of LingoQuote may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We keep working on them.

Some content comes from others and is outside our control: for example the checkout page of our payment provider, and the photos, documents and text that contractors add to their quotes, customer portals and mini-sites.

Tell us about a problem

If you have difficulty using any part of LingoQuote, email hello@lingoquote.com. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and, if you use one, the assistive technology and browser.

We will reply, work on a fix, and where needed help you get the information or service in another way.

About this statement

This statement describes our goal and our current approach. We review it when we make significant changes to LingoQuote.
