14 days, no questions

If LingoQuote is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, monthly or yearly, for any reason.

After 14 days a payment is not refundable, except where the law requires it. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How to ask

Paddle.com is our reseller and merchant of record, so refunds are paid by Paddle to the card you used. Request a refund at paddle.net: look up your order with the email you paid with. You can also email hello@lingoquote.com and we will arrange it.

Refunds usually reach your card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Free trial

The 14-day free trial costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund for it.
